Who we are

The PDF Sales Method is sold by Tony Tovar ("Tony", "we", "us"). Questions, support and refund requests: tony@example.com. We answer within two business days.

What you buy

The PDF Sales Method (digital guide): read online in your browser on any device, plus a downloadable PDF. Delivered right after payment and by email.
The Ad Accelerator (optional add-on at checkout or inside the reader): a separate guide, read inside the online reader. Delivered to your online library as soon as it is paid.

Prices are shown in US dollars on the page and at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. All products are digital; nothing is shipped.

Your access

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the guides for yourself. You may not resell, share or publish them; the right to sell them is only available through a membership license. Your reading link is personal: please don't share it. Links work on several devices; if yours stops working, get a fresh one any time at /resend. We may remove access to the online reader if a link is shared publicly or a payment is reversed.

Refund policy

Because you get instant access to downloadable files, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds. If something is wrong with your order, for example you were charged twice or can't open your guide, email tony@example.com and we'll fix it.

Results

The guides teach a method. Results depend on your own work, content, ads and market; we don't promise any specific income or number of sales.

Liability

The materials are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
